Some of our greatest breakthroughs don’t come from thinking harder; they come from accessing the deeper parts of ourselves that lie beneath conscious awareness.
In this expanded state of awareness, it becomes possible to release limiting beliefs, process unresolved emotions, reconnect with your authentic self, and create lasting transformation.
Rather than relying on willpower alone, HypnoBreathwork works with the subconscious mind, the place where many of our lifelong patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored. By combining intentional breathing with hypnosis and visualization, the practice creates an experience that supports emotional healing, greater self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and meaningful personal growth.
I was introduced to HypnoBreathwork through my client, Stephanie Madson, a Mastery and HypnoBreathwork Coach and Francesca Sipma’s cousin. She invited me to experience the work alongside Francesca, the founder of HypnoBreathwork®.
Having already spent decades studying chiropractic philosophy, clinical hypnosis, meditation, transformational coaching, and other healing modalities, I wasn’t looking for another certification; I was simply following my curiosity.
Within just a few days of experiencing HypnoBreathwork firsthand, I recognized that it beautifully complemented the work I was already doing.
Inspired by its profound impact, I became a certified HypnoBreathwork Facilitator. Today, it remains one of the many modalities that has enriched my understanding of healing and continues to inform my work. While no single modality defines my approach, each has contributed to the evolution of my own methodology and my commitment to caring for the whole person, body, mind, heart, and spirit.
